Gilcrest Reservoir includes the design of six storage cells along the South Platte River with small-sized significant hazard zoned earth dams (ring dikes) configured over slurry walls as part of gravel mining reclamation planning. The dam design approved by the CEO consists of approximately 6.7 million cubic yards.
