For more than a decade, Civil Resources has provided civil, municipal, and private engineering expertise and services to the communities of the Rocky Mountain region. Established in 2003 in Frederick, Colorado, just north of the Denver Metro area, our professional services also include water resources, geotechnical engineering, roadway and facilities design, land development and construction engineering.
We offer services throughout the Rocky Mountain region and our engineers are licensed in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and North Dakota.
