Brad L. Hagen


Brad has been practicing civil engineering for more than 20 years and formed Civil Resources in February of 2003. His professional experience includes a variety of complex water rights change cases, municipal water system upgrades and dozens of water storage projects along the Front Range.  Brad is focused on the detailed design and analysis aspects of each project in addition to ensuring that the designs are practical and constructible.

Jim Brzostowicz


Jim joined Civil Resources in 2011, and has been practicing civil engineering for more than 20 years. His professional experience includes a variety of development and municipal projects, including complex urban and transportation projects, energy services, health care and commercial. Jim is extremely involved in design work and consistently uses technology to supplement sound engineering judgment.
